Terms of Service

At a glance: CuteBaker Pricing Studio is a one-time purchase of software access, currently advertised at $29.99 USD before any applicable taxes. It is not a subscription. There are no scheduled recurring charges. “Lifetime access” refers to the operating lifetime of the CuteBaker Pricing Studio service, not the purchaser's life.

1. Agreement and eligibility

These terms apply to purchases and use of CuteBaker Pricing Studio at cutebaker.com and app.cutebaker.com. By placing an order, you agree to the applicable terms, subject to any rights that cannot legally be waived. You must be legally able to enter a contract, and should be at least 18 or have a parent or guardian's permission where required.

2. What you purchase

Your payment gives you an individual, non-transferable right to use the hosted CuteBaker Pricing Studio software for your own baking-related business operations while the service continues to operate and is made available. The Studio includes features such as ingredient and recipe costing, cake pricing, customer quotes, order records, and cloud workspace synchronization, as available when used.

The separate Cake Pricing Playbook PDF is not included in the Studio purchase. It will be offered separately when its checkout is launched.

3. Price and payment

The Studio is sold for a single $29.99 USD payment unless a different price is clearly presented before checkout. There is no monthly or annual subscription and no automatic renewal. Any applicable taxes and currency-conversion charges should be shown by the payment provider before you confirm the payment. Stripe processes payment information; we do not receive your full card number.

4. Meaning of lifetime access

“Lifetime” refers to the period the CuteBaker Pricing Studio product is actively operated and provided by CuteBaker. It does not mean perpetual availability, an indefinite technical support guarantee, or access for a person's biological lifetime. If we permanently discontinue the service, access will end. Where practical, we aim to provide advance notice and an opportunity to export workspace data; however, no specific availability duration is guaranteed. Any non-excludable consumer rights and remedies still apply.

5. Account and access

The email entered during checkout is used for receipts and secure account recovery. After verified payment, access is normally granted automatically in the purchasing browser. On a new device, you can request a single-use email login link sent to that checkout email. You are responsible for protecting your email inbox, devices and account access. We may suspend access in response to refunds, payment disputes, unlawful use, fraudulent activity, or material violations of these terms, subject to applicable law.

6. Data and availability

When signed in and online, selected workspace data synchronizes with our cloud database. Keep independent backups of important recipes, prices, customer records, and operational information. Internet availability, device/browser support and third-party services may affect access. We may update, improve, replace, or retire features over time, subject to your statutory rights. You may not attempt unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.

7. Refunds and statutory rights

Please read the separate Refund Policy. Eligibility depends on the nature of your purchase and consumer laws in your location. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory refund, withdrawal, cancellation, repair, or other consumer protections. 8. Accuracy and business decisions

The Studio provides calculation and record-management tools, not accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for checking ingredient units, costing assumptions, rates, taxes, and the prices you quote to your customers. We do not guarantee any specific profits, sales, or business outcomes.

9. Intellectual property and acceptable use

CuteBaker retains ownership of the software and branding. Your bakery business records remain yours. You may use the application for your business but may not resell accounts, redistribute the application code, abuse the service, bypass payment controls, or disrupt others' use.

10. Changes, discontinuation and liability

We may revise these terms prospectively by publishing an updated date and giving notice when legally required. For any service outage, discontinuation, or dispute, applicable mandatory consumer protections take priority over conflicting provisions here. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Contact and applicable law

Contact us at support@cutebaker.com. The legal governing-law and dispute resolution provisions must be completed after the operator's location and target consumer markets are confirmed. Consumers may retain rights provided by mandatory laws in their country of residence.
